AIPFE’s Mentoring Program aims to connect the next generation of female leaders with successful leaders & decision-makers, to equip them with advice, valuable feedback & industry know-how.

Mentoring is a special partnership between two people based on a commitment to the mentoring process, common goals/expectations of the partnership, and mutual trust and respect. Mentoring plays a crucial role in the mentee’s development as through mentorship someone can become more effective at work, learn new skills, manage their work life balance, develop greater confidence and make better decisions for their overall career growth.

Over the course of 5 months (15th September 2025 - 14th February 2026), our mentoring program aims to offer a supportive environment to women aged 18+ who would like to receive support and advice for their professional development.


How does the mentoring program work?

The first stage of the mentoring program is a call for mentees which will begin on the 20th of May. Mentees need to submit an application by the 17th of June 2025 and will be matched with mentors based on their preference and on the quality of their submitted application.

Places are limited so a submission for the mentoring program does not guarantee a place in the program.

Following the matching process, successful mentees will be notified of their mentor by the end of July. Starting September, the mentees will have the chance for 1:1 sessions with their dedicated mentor to pick their brain and receive feedback and valuable guidance. The minimum number of meetings during the 5 months is 5, and the timing and location of the sessions are for the mentee and their mentor to agree on. Meetings can be conducted either in person, online or hybrid, and are expected to last for about one hour.

AIPFE Cyprus’ 3rd round of Mentoring will begin in mid September 2025 and last for 5 months until mid February 2026.

Our mentoring program is open to all ambitious women across all industries and professions, no matter of their background, role, or title. Our program is designed to support women aged 18+ who are in any stage of their career. The specific areas of focus that this program intends to focus on, are:


- Early Career stage

- Work Life balance

- Career change

- Entrepreneurship

AIPFE’s Mentoring Program is provided only to AIPFE’s female members and is free of charge.
