A scholarship program geared towards unemployed and under-employed female university graduates under the age of 40, this collaboration aspires to empower, motivate and connect 16 participants through practical training and soft skills that will assist them in their search for employment.
Sixteen successful candidates will be selected to embark on a 60-hour, 12 week course, which entails training, mentoring and networking. The program, which will run through from January 2023 to May 2023, covers a wide range of topics, including personal profiling and skills assessment, job search skills, professional development workshops, empowerment through centered leadership, internships and more.
