Andri Prodromou has been working at the Tassos Papadopoulos Centre for Studies since March 2010. The Centre specializes in the collection, classification, digitization and safe storage of the archival material of Tassos Papadopoulos – former President of the Republic of Cyprus. Andri studied Political Sciences and Public Administration at the University of Athens-Faculty of Law, and Economics and also holds a Master’s Degree in European Union Law (LLM European Union Law) from the University of Essex in the UK.
Andri constantly monitors developments in her field of interest, in a constant effort to remain a reliable and effective associate.
She holds the position of Municipal Councilor in the Municipality of Engomi, Nicosia and is also the Vice-President of Engomi’s Municipal Youth Council.
Andri participates in the Higher Education Council as a representative of the Union of Municipalities. She is also the Secretary of the board of JCI Nicosia-(Junior Chamber International) and vice-president of the board of JCI Cyprus.
Andri also acts as assistant secretary of the Board of BPW Cyprus (Business and Professional Women Cyprus – an organization member of CCCI Cyprus and BPW International). She represents the BPW as a member of the Committee on European Affairs in the National Mechanism for Women’s Rights and the Cyprus Women’s Lobby (CWL).
She is also the secretary to the Board of Directors of the Nicosia Training Centers, under the Ministry of Education and Culture.
Andri has been an active volunteer for charitable organizations such as the Karaiskakeio Foundation, PASYKAF, Red Gross, Europa Donna, assisting with event planning, fundraising and conferences.
